A family recipe, flipped.

Tandoori chicken from a recipe passed down the family, stacked in a brioche bun. Masala fries on the side, slushie in hand. This is South Asian flavour the way we grew up with it, served the way you eat now.

Our story

From a home kitchen to three storeys on Kandahar Street

Siraj and Nasyirah left their careers to sell tandoori wings and teh tarik from home, using a recipe from the family. The wings became burgers, the burgers became pop-ups, and the pop-ups became a shophouse in the heart of Kampong Glam, minutes from Sultan Mosque.

Same recipe. Same family. Bigger tandoor.
